STRATEGIC PLAN

WORKING IN PROGRESS
We have developed and published the new website for this association. This website was developed in-house with no cost to the association, the funding allocated to the development of this new website was used to purchase a new MacBook Pro to house the website and also to archive all the association’s documents.
This is work in progress, as we will continue to update the website with new and current information and improve it with response to comments and recommendations from the general membership.
We have created a ’FACEBOOK’ for the association. This keeps us current with the ever changing technology world, with hopes of attracting new members and an effective communication tool to inform current members.
We need the input of everyone to make this tool effective.
The committee will work with the Executive to improve the Association’s communication tools. Create standard formats for meeting minutes, out going letters and internal correspondence.
This committee will assume the responsibility of creating all flyers, posters and programs for all the association’s event.
